Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.

Refunds

Due to hygiene and the intimate nature of our jewellery, refunds are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer exchanges.

Process

To request a refund, please email us with your order ID and a photo of the product issue. Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
